New & Old Plaster Repair · Water Damage in Oahu & Chicago.

A leak, a settled house or an old patch that never blended in — plaster damage is common and very repairable. Because the owner once worked as a State Farm property claims adjuster, water-damage jobs come with clear photos and an itemized scope you can share with your insurer.

Plaster & Restoration

How the work is done.

From a single patch to a full room of new three-coat or veneer plaster, every repair is built in proper layers and finished smooth. After a leak, we remove what water has ruined, let the structure dry, and re-plaster so the damage leaves no trace. Experience as a State Farm property claims adjuster means the damage is documented the way insurers expect to see it.

Before & after · Plaster water-damage repair

Behind the main house, the coach house.

On the same property, water had damaged the plaster above a doorway in the coach house. We filled the damaged area with plaster, built it back with a lightweight gypsum base coat and finished it in lime, so the wall and ceiling read as one smooth surface again. The owners then had us paint the coach-house foyer a bright, welcoming orange.
